First listened to this album on my mom's Zune in like fourth grade. Kashmir scrambled my tender young brain and then I completely forgot about it until a decade later. Led Zep fucks, it fucks so hard. Everytime I try to branch out to other rock I end up listening to Zeppelin copycats orz.
In My Time of Dying, Kashmir
One of the most formative albums of my formative preteen years. Closely associated with Grimm fairytales.
Are You Satisfied?, Oh No!, Hermit the Frog
Andre 3000 I love you forever~ Outkast was my introduction into southern rap. And of the whole genre they have unmatched lyricism and creativity.
Aquemini, Rosa Parks
Somber, entrancing, eerie. Reminds me of the space exhibits in museums.
Alien Observer
8th grade soundtrack...
Love Sosa, Laughing to the Bank
Playful yet haunting electronic masterpiece. Found out about them through that scene in Raw (2016)
Despair, Hangover, and Ecstasy, Nature Will Remain
Truly makes me patriotic. Planning my pilgrimage to Leningrad.
Moscow Nights, Kalinka
